Offers the most simplest and easiest UI to use
I would not like many changes in the tool, but I think the 15 GB space provided by Google Drive Enterprise needs to be increased to around 25 five GB, as it would be really helpful for users. These days, the resolution of pictures and everything else has been increased. If you take a picture from an iPhone, it could easily be of around seven to eight GB. Photos are memories that one would want to keep or store properly. I believe that it is not possible to save a lot of photos in Google Drive Enterprise since it only provides 15 GB to users. The product does not offer a bit more storage space for users, which makes it an area that needs to be considered for improvement.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The solution is very user-friendly."
"Low maintenance solution."
"Google Drive Enterprise has helped compile data in one spot."
"It is an easily scalable solution. Scalability-wise, I rate the solution a ten out of ten."
"I can store data and share it with people."
"The solution is simple to use."
"It's easy to access from an Android device and can access things like cyber security restrictions on USB drives, file size, and so on. Google Drive will be an option."
"The solution is very easy to scale."
"One of the features offered and used by many clients is file-sharing."
"The best features of HPE Cloud Object Storage include easy management, scalability, and unified access to both object and block storage. Security measures are robust, ensuring data protection, and clients benefit from fast access to integrated data across different platforms like Cisco, Microsoft SQL, and Palantir in a unified view."
"This is a scalable solution that is available when we need it."

Cons

"The solution could improve User Access Management by showing more detailed information of which users have access to folders or files. For example, you can see which users have access one by one, but there is not a dashboard that can show what user has access to a library document."
"I would like to see larger storage capabilities."
"The product does not support certain formats."
"The tool must provide more storage capacity."
"Google Drive Enterprise is not scalable."
"Google can add a personalized dashboard that would give insights into the files that I have."
"The feature for synchronization of data from multiple systems with the same single ID is not happening in Google Drive. This feature should be added. For example, if I have only one single mail ID and I'm using it in a different location to upload different data, this is the challenge. It is happening from one system or one server. The synchronization of data from the local system to Google Drive will not happen if the IDs are the same. If I'm using it for different systems in different locations, synchronization is not happening. The system hets logged out. This feature is very important for us and they need to add it."
"The storage space customization is limited, starting with 2GB and jumping significantly higher without intermediate options. Learning to use the admin console can be complex and overwhelming for some users. Additionally, the subscription payment method could be simpler, as updating payment details can be challenging if a credit card expires. For simple users, Gmail is fine, but business users often require more control."
"Our customers in Canada cannot use it because it has to be compliant in the same country."
"Technical support is not available locally for us."
"At present, the initial setup is slow."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The price of Google Drive Enterprise is affordable and is one of its best features. I am on a monthly subscription."
"The tool is a bit expensive."
"Storage is the only product offered and that makes it expensive to use."
"That would be ideal if it were as cheap as possible."
"You need to pay an extra cost to use more space."
"The solution has a subscription-based license."
"We pay a monthly licensing fee for the solution."
"I use the free version of the product."
"Licensing is based on a per terabyte basis."
"HPE Cloud Object Storage is competitively priced and offers a good value for its solution. There are no additional costs beyond the standard licensing fees."
"Pricing is middle of the road, but it seems that it should be less expensive."
