Responsive support, fair pricing, and good performance
It's going very well. We are happy with its capabilities. The performance is good overall. We like that we can change the connection if you don't like the speed, for example, is limited. You can find the right one to get the performance you require. It is easy to set up. It is stable. Technical support has been helpful and responsive. Pricing is fair. It was not too expensive.

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The pricing is reasonable."
"The price is okay and competitive."
"If we pay for the yearly package that includes the FortiGate firewall, then the FortiClient VPN license is included with it."
"The solution is more cost efficient than Cisco, as FortiGate tends not to charge for the client license, which allows one to make free use of whatever is supported on the device."
"As a technical team member, I am not responsible to look into the pricing matters. These aspects are typically handled by the management team, who have the authority to obtain the necessary licenses based on certain established principles."
"The pricing is a six out of ten."
"FortiClient is costly."
"I don't know it by heart, but it is comparable to other solutions. It is based on the number of clients. It is probably 50 Euros per year per client. It greatly depends on the number of clients you're handling because the more clients you are ordering it for, the cheaper it will be."
