Automation workflows have transformed our IT, enabling secure just-in-time access control
We work with them quite often, so we have a direct line regarding areas in Torq that have room for improvement. If we have a feature request, we can request it. I do not have anything in mind at the moment. We were a design partner for a short while, so we feel that they listen and that users of the system have an impact on the way the system is designed for the better. They have a new community, which is something that I personally suggested years ago. There are many people like me in different places and they might have already built the workflow that I need. Having the option to share workflows or to jump on a thread and say I have this need, did anyone ever build a workflow for it, is amazing. Someone would jump in and say yes, sure, here, take this workflow. I think this is an amazing thing and I really hope that the community will come alive because I think this is really powerful. This is something that I already suggested and it did happen eventually, and I am quite happy with it. I do not have any specific feature in mind that I have a need for at the moment.

Advanced analytics have transformed our threat detection and streamlined incident investigations
I would appreciate seeing additional dashboards in Exabeam Fusion SIEM or perhaps more options or the ability to customize them further. While we can customize them currently, there may be additional options available. I value the outcomes navigator because it matches the log piece to the use cases, which is helpful. The correlation rules are excellent. I am interested in whether there are additional threat intelligence feeds available that we could use, whether we can integrate our own, or if we could ingest different ones.

Automation workflows have simplified integrations and now need richer custom connector options
Support for Jira could be improved because currently, Jira is only supported in the cloud version. It would be a great idea to support Jira Data Center versions too since Atlassian announced that Jira Server has become end-of-life over a year ago. The connection with Data Center Jira is not super stable, so the Jira Data Center connector should definitely be improved. In future updates of Rapid7 InsightConnect, it would be really great to have some advanced capabilities for connectors. For example, if the tool is using an API, we could write code to give more flexibility for engineers to set up different integrations, even for solutions that are not available in the existing integrations. That would definitely be a significant advantage.
