Flexible e-learning has supported multi-campus growth but still needs more open themes and plugins
I think they should actually provide some more free versions of most of their themes. I think most of the things you have to use on Edly are all paid for you to have a good experience. I think they should work on making some open-source plugins or themes that people can also explore. Because Moodle itself is actually open-source, but if you want to go for the paid Moodle, you can still use the free one, but there are some restrictions in Edly that if they can just add some free themes, it will still make it not seem as though they are not selling, but it will attract more users to explore what they have as a solution.

Seamless collaboration has improved how I manage assignments, deadlines, and class resources
Google Classroom has the very best feature of assignment workflow, which is its core strength. I can create it, assign it, submit it, and have a grade on it all in one flow, so there is nothing to be changed. It also has real-time collaboration, allowing multiple students to work on the same documentation or assignment simultaneously, and the teacher can also see that and comment live. It has an automatic file management system where I can save my work, which is important because sometimes I do an assignment and forget to save, losing those assignments. This feature includes built-in video learning, allowing me to directly join classrooms via Google Classroom. It also supports Google Forms, Google Slides, and is very mobile-friendly. Google Classroom has reduced time in task tracking because I can have clear ownership and deadlines for everything. It has helped me to appreciate structured workflows by ticketing systems and improved collaborations, allowing many people to work together. I can understand that time has also been reduced. It has a limited impact on deep technical skills, but that is also good. It has helped me to understand structured workflow and utilize real-time features through Google Docs and Drive.

Pros

"Edly has positively impacted my organization by giving our employees confidence to perform well, especially when dealing with critical projects."
"Edly ties up with the world's best educational institutions and provides the best courses with reasonable time frames to finish the modules, which is something I appreciate most about Edly."
"Edy made content delivery more efficient than other tools that I was using previously."
"There's no way you can build a solution that you cannot easily customize, which is actually the powerful feature of Edly."
"The product is easy to use."
"I would definitely recommend this product, especially for K12 schools, because as an online solution it is very simple and very easy, and even year three, four, or five students can manage to go there and log in without any problem."
"Classroom is wonderful for collaboration, and it integrates well with YouTube so it’s easy to incorporate live and archived video content."
"I like that Google Classroom is free and integrates with the entire Google Suite, which includes Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc. I also like its flexibility, which makes it perfect for synchronous, asynchronous, and blended courses, and including live and archived webinars, as well as other kinds of content."
"This solution integrates with all the other Google apps including Google Calendar and Google Docs, which makes it very easy to manage."
"The features I found most valuable in Google Classroom are live chatting, sending messages, notifications, and accessing documents, which is very easy, simple, and user-friendly."
"The most valuable feature of Google Classroom is the ability for the lecturer to put in work. Additionally, the work can be graded after completion, and there can be feedback provided through the system which has a good interface."
"What I like about Google Classroom are the video lessons, and I enjoy using it because it makes my life easier; for example, I can easily change my class and my lecture notes."

Cons

"It was simple enough to use, but I could not make a significant difference in terms of efficiency compared to other platforms such as Blackboard or Moodle."
"I think they should work on making some open-source plugins or themes that people can also explore."
"I sometimes find issues with even the finished modules in Edly where I cannot proceed to the next module and must restart the same modules."
"Edly can be improved by addressing the limitation in integration with third-party platforms."
"The initial setup is not very easy. It has modern complexity."
"There are a lot of things that need to be fixed in order for it to be called a learning management system."
"Google Classroom should have better workflow automation, as there are no auto-reminders or anything equivalent."
"Google Classroom could improve by being easier to use. For example, making it functional with only a few buttons. It's difficult to know how to connect with students and make a link and share it with them. I found it difficult, and this is why I didn't continue using it. Additionally, it should be available to be downloaded to the desktop for use, similar to Zoom."
"There are a lot of things that need to be fixed in order for it to be called a learning management system. I think that's where a lot of people are very confused in terms of what Google Classroom actually does. Google Classroom is not a learning management system. A learning management system allows teachers to grade with authenticity and doesn't provide only one grade for a particular document or assignment."
"There are certain things that I can do on PowerPoint that I cannot do on Google Presentations and Google Slides, such as using PowerPoint's animation feature, I have found that PowerPoint is generally more feature-rich and offers a wider range of tools that I can use to prepare and enhance my presentations."
"I would like to see a better user experience, a more engaging interface, and more templates. Google should develop templates or at least encourage developers to share them. You'll only get a basic framework when you create a new course. You don't have different themes to choose from like you do in Moodle."
"The initial setup of Google Classroom is straightforward. The deployment took us two to three months because we had to train the faculty."

Pricing and Cost Advice

Information not available
"There are competitors that offer free solutions, making the price of Google Classroom high."
"I'm using a free version of Google Classroom, so it's a product I don't pay for."
"We are an educational institution, and it is free of charge for us. Normally, if you are a private company, you have to pay a lot of money to get this service, but they are giving it for free to schools."
"For Google Classroom, you don't need to pay for its license because they offer free access to the platform."
"Google Classroom is a free solution. There is paid version that has more options, the cost is approximately eight dollars per student per month."
"The price of Google Classroom has been reasonable."
"I use the free version of Google Classroom."
"If you do a certain size and build, it's like any Google solution. You have to pay for storage, but you don't need to pay extra to use the interface. There may be Google Classroom partners that provide more integrated solutions, but I don't know. I'm strictly DIY."
