The product is highly dependent on other tools, and it doesn’t have reporting functions
The product is quite poor in integration with the back end. We can’t report out of it very well. It's highly dependent on other tools. If it doesn't integrate properly, it can be quite complex to work with. I don't see any value in having a learning experience platform over and above a working LMS like Cornerstone. Getting data out as an administrator has always been bad because the product doesn’t have its own reporting functions. It has a reporting tool added to it. It's not part of the core system. It's very hard to report on data accurately and know that the data is accurate because it doesn't always reflect what's actually in the tool.

"The best feature of SAP SuccessFactors Learning for me is the assignment profile. It's a rather specific feature, but this is what comes to mind."
"The product offers a lot of information which we can share with systems."
"It is a stable solution."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning is highly scalable."
"The most valuable feature is the smooth integration."
"Some valuable features include assigning various courses to employees based on their groups and roles, as well as providing specialized training for new hires."
"The solution is a user-friendly application for learning, designing, and setting up courses."

Cons

"It's highly dependent on other tools."
"The technical support team has room for improvement."
"We encounter challenges when connecting with external systems and moving from one platform to another within SAP."
"The certifications are valid for only six months."
"One area I would like to improve in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the overall user experience and product feedback loop."
"What needs improvement in SAP SuccessFactors Learning is the user interface. The user management and the integration of the whole suite could also be improved. The solution also needs to be modernized because at the moment, it's a little bit outdated. It's old-fashioned, and though it has a data import feature, that's just plain outdated. SAP SuccessFactors Learning doesn't have any cutting-edge features."
"The only drawback of the tool is that it is dependent on its database."
"There is room for enhancement in their core HR system, Employee Central."
"The application integration between cloud and on-premises storage has been completed. However, there is still room for improvement in integrating EC and SAP applications."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The tool’s pricing is too much for what it is."
"The pricing changes and the license amount is quite costly."
"The solution is really cheap."
"The tool's licensing model is very straightforward...You will get the relevant mail from SAP, and accordingly, you have to proceed with the provisioning enablement, after which you can start the configuration."
"A company is required to pay annual licensing fees."
"The price of SAP SuccessFactors Learning could be better, it is expensive. There is an annual subscription. It's overpriced for small enterprises."
"Compared to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors Learning is not an expensive solution."
"My company does have to make yearly payments towards the licensing costs of the solution. My company considers the solution to be worth its price, but we don't consider it to be a cheap solution."
"SAP SuccessFactors Learning is an on-premise solution, there is a one-time fee, which will be given by a company during the implementation. Additionally, there are support fees, which are annual."
