One of my biggest considerations lately is how do I compete against Apple products? I've got some team members using Apple laptops that really appreciate them. A big thing for me is quality. I went through a stage of trying out HP laptops at one point due to IT requirements, and I found that users want to use a laptop that feels nice in hand, not like plastic. I want a good quality product. The build quality and features are very important to me. A full aluminum or titanium body is number one for me. If it feels horrible to hold and use, I'm not going to use it. I would like to see all your business laptops reach the same build quality as your brand new XPS 14 line. I've been using that machine now for business for a few months, and it is by far one of the best quality machines I have ever used. It has never had any issues. The quality, fit, feel, finish, keyboard layout, mouse, haptic feedback, speakers, and display screen are all incredible. I would love to see either a 2.8K or a 4K screen on these Dell Business Laptops. One improvement I'd see is the laptop design being a little more visually distinctive. While at Dell Technology World down in Vegas, I spoke with the development team and expressed how nice it would be if Dell offered features that Apple does. The XPS is awesome, but why not let users choose to make the XPS glow? This way, when I'm in a coffee shop, people know I'm using a Dell machine. Little things that may not impact performance are becoming increasingly important for usability and appearance. I have not experienced any issues or surprises with the AI tools and features when I've tried them.
