Automation and seamless incident handling transform operational efficiency
I would like AI to be more integrated into Cisco Intersight. It would be great to have a chat session mode AI so that when I am on standby and encountering issues, I could engage with it, much like ChatGPT. For instance, if I need to find commands for UCS Manager, it should provide that information.

Senior Systems Engineer at a energy/utilities company with 201-500 employees
Monitors well with Citrix, stable, and the support is very responsive
It looks like it is easy to scale, but I don't know how far it can go out. We are only a 300, or 400 person company. We are not terribly large. It looks like it should be able to scale up until 10,000 at least. There are two users in the company who use this solution, I use it, and the helpdesk.

"The tool helps to manage Cisco servers."
"We enjoy having an inside view of all the data centers and all the EdgeX nodes within a single portal rather than going into the EdgeX connections one by one."
"I rate it a ten out of ten. I don't have any issues with it."
"Provides an overall view using a single portal."
"This solution has provided time savings and required fewer people to operate this tool."
"Overall, I rate Cisco Intersight a ten out of ten."

Cons

"More products should be made compatible with iWORK, including more software and hardware."
"I would like AI to be more integrated into Cisco Intersight."

"The unique problem with Cisco Intersight is that it's not supporting some players."
"The product could be easy to use."
"I would love to be able to tell what ISP the user is coming from."
"Issues with generating reports; consistency is not there."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"It's just the standard licensing cost. There are no additional fees."
"Cisco Intersight has competitive pricing. On a scale of one to five, my rating for its pricing is four."
"The product is cost-effective."
