Has improved network visibility and allowed enforcement of precise app-level policies for better productivity
Check Point Application Control could be improved by integrating well with other Check Point solutions, allowing us to monitor bandwidth and leverage threat emulation and sandboxing. Initially, the complexity was very difficult, and there is a learning curve, so the ease of use and user interface for Check Point Application Control could be improved. Simplifying the setup process or providing guided, step-by-step policy creation would be beneficial. Overall, performance is also good. I chose nine out of ten because it gives a few false positives, which could be improved. There is also some pain in the setup that could be addressed. Other than that, it is a good application. Apart from the good aspects of Check Point Application Control, there are a few things that could be adjusted and improved, such as reducing false positives, simplifying policy management, and enhancing the user interface. The performance could also be improved, especially in high-traffic environments.

Easy to configure, reliable, secure, and has good support
With some specific versions, we are experiencing some issues where the policy configuration has some problems with the parent and child processes. There have been problems with the relationship between the parent and child process, from time to time. I would like to see better reporting and alerting features in the future.
