Collaborative workspace has transformed our content creation and daily team productivity
There is scope for improvement in ChatGPT Team - Enterprise regarding more customization of team behavior. Teams often want even finer control over how the assistant responds, including industry-specific tones, branding voice, or response constraints that apply only to certain teams within the organization. While the shared workspace is powerful, deeper integration with internal enterprise systems could enhance accuracy and relevance. Current team history features are useful, but some teams want more granular control over what is shared or archived, especially when dealing with sensitive topics. More flexible memory settings at the project or chat level and better usage analytics would be beneficial. Admins often want richer insights into how the team is using the platform, not just overall usage but impact metrics tied to business outcomes. Real-time collaboration is great, but there is room to grow in how teams co-author and annotate AI outputs together. Additional improvements would include domain-specific models. Some teams operate in highly specialized domains and want models tuned to their field. The option to load domain-specific language packs or fine-tuned models within the enterprise environment would be valuable. Teams sometimes want clearer insight into why the assistant responded a certain way, especially on complex queries, so adding an explain-why feature with brief reasoning steps or confidence indicators for responses would improve understanding. For ultra-sensitive deployments, some organizations prefer tools that can run without cloud dependency, so having a secure on-premise or private cloud deployment option with the same collaboration compatibilities would be beneficial. Further improvements needed for ChatGPT Team - Enterprise include the AI better understanding inter-team context. This would involve recognizing when a query relates to a previous project or department-specific knowledge to reduce repeated explanations or clarifications. While it handles many languages, more robust enterprise-grade multilingual capabilities, including idiomatic expressions and regional business terminologies, would help global teams collaborate more effectively. Allowing the AI to tailor responses based on the user's role makes output more precise and immediately actionable. For highly sensitive projects, having a secure offline mode or on-premises deployment would increase adoption in regulated industries.

Daily conversations have boosted my productivity and turned rough ideas into clear responses
Grok could be improved by making its answers more consistent and easier to trust across different topics. I would also like to see better source transparency so I can understand where a response is coming from when accuracy really matters. Another area would be deeper follow-through on complex prompts. Sometimes I want it to keep the structure tighter, explain trade-offs more clearly, or give me a cleaner final answer without needing as much editing on my side. I would also improve the experience around memory and context, so it stays aligned with what I'm trying to do over a longer conversation. That would make it even more useful for ongoing work instead of just one-off questions. I would add a few practical improvements. The user interface could be a little cleaner, especially when switching between tasks or refining an answer. I would also prefer smoother integrations with the other tools and platforms I use, so it fits more naturally into my workflow instead of feeling separate. Another improvement would be better handling of longer conversations so the context stays consistent without me having to restate things. That way, context rot does not happen. That would make it more reliable for ongoing work and reduce repetitive edits on my side. The improvements I would prefer to see are better consistency across answers, and especially when I ask similar questions in different ways. It would also help if Grok were more transparent about when it is confident versus when it is inferring because that makes it easier to trust the output. I would also prefer to improve context handling for longer conversations, editing and refinement tools so I can polish answers more smoothly, and integration quality with other work apps so it fits into my workflow more naturally. The stability and uptime, especially for more demanding or production-style use, would also be important. Overall, I think the biggest theme is making it feel more predictable and dependable while keeping the speed and conversational style that makes it useful.

"One main thing is the amount of time we have saved since we started using ChatGPT Team - Enterprise in our project, as for every task we can get it done within minutes, whether it is a technical task, documentation, or sending out an email, saving almost four to five hours a day for us since we integrated ChatGPT Team - Enterprise into our project."
"Rockset is very fast, and you can query just like in MySQL."
"Overall, ChatGPT Team - Enterprise was dependable for production use in a regulated financial context, which is not always a given with AI."
"ChatGPT Team - Enterprise makes my life very easy because every time I have to look up something on Google, I have to search through multiple results, but ChatGPT Team - Enterprise provides information in a simpler view with the easiest format and in quite literally the simplest sentences."
"The biggest measurable outcome for me has been the time saved, as I can usually get to a usable draft or an answer much faster, which cuts down the time I spend rewriting or searching for wording and has improved my productivity by making it easier to move from an idea to a finished answer without getting stuck."
"I previously tried to do the same with ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, but none of them have the ability for this up-to-date, real-time, niche, pop culture knowledge that Grok possesses."

Cons

"Third is the cost at scale, as API costs added up quickly as document volumes grew."
"Whenever we try to buy a token or subscription, it takes a considerable amount of money, so for one person, it charges a lot, making it slightly on the expensive side."
"These evaluations aren't always accurate because if you're not a specialist on the subject, you may create something that's not real."
"They have room for improvements in search as sometimes it gives out wrong information."

"There is scope for improvement in ChatGPT Team - Enterprise regarding more customization of team behavior."
"ChatGPT Team - Enterprise needs to be updated to correct itself for spelling mistakes or grammatical mistakes, which would be a great help to everyone."
"Filtering the database based on indexes is difficult in Rockset and should be simplified."
"I would rate customer support around five out of ten because it is slow and difficult human support in refund handling and we have to rely on other channels, official channels, and community help."
"Grok is already pretty good, but I don't like the voice mode. It doesn't work very well, giving very long answers and explanations and repeating certain greetings."
