We use ChatGPT for internal reports and checking for errors in our non-confidential internal communications. We also use it for research when we need to look for sources.
I am using ChatGPT for everything. For example, I have a script or prompt that I use to organize my agenda. I create a prompt listing what I have to do, and it creates a checklist for me. When I start the new day, I ask it to begin, and it asks me about the tasks I created yesterday, if I have finished them, what I have to do to finish them, and what I am planning for the next day. I create an agenda based on ChatGPT with a specific prompt and create a project for that. Then I can organize my agenda. For the projects I'm working on, I separate them by subject. If I'm researching about AI, I create this project and everything that I'm researching about AI goes into this project. It's a directory where I upload files, websites, and everything I'm working on for this subject. The interaction I have with this chat and the prompt I'm using is very deep, detailed, and the communication with the prompt adapts to my way of working.
I don't have one use case. I have many. I use ChatGPT for creativity and brainstorming. I often use it to generate ten or twenty ideas for a topic, and that often helps me to then pick which direction I actually want to go into. I use it to fine-tune my writing skills. When I write an important document, I ask it to analyze it. When I create presentations, I often ask ChatGPT to create images for me. I often ask ChatGPT to summarize long texts for me. I also use it for complex knowledge research where I would have to use multiple searches on Google.
