We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use.
Here are some excerpts of what they said:
Pros
"I like the ease of use and the fact that you can download and use their free version, which is unlimited. However, while it's unlimited use, some features aren't available.""I like that Bizagi is fully compatible with BPMN 2.0. It also eases the way in which we work with BPMN 2.0 itself, which is a comprehensive and rather complex notation standard.""The product has a comfortable GUI and a good environment for users.""I like the business process management engine. It's very detailed, and you can probably map any of the corporate workflow processes you come across in it compared to some of the other solutions out there. I can probably say that it has very good support to work in tandem with other RP solutions in the market. The software is still very user-friendly and integral, and they have pretty good online resources. The automation feature is pretty good, so is the integration feature.""Bizagi is simple. It's simple to learn.""The most valuable feature is that it is compatible with Visual Studio and .NET, and we can program it. Its speed is very good, and it is also stable and easy to deploy.""The documentation capabilities are very good. Very structured documents and process versions are valuable features, and being able to communicate that to our customers is also a very good feature. It has a good balance between the effort and the result. So, you don't need to be too detailed. You can document while you are modeling, which is a very good feature.""Bizagi is a very useful tool because it does not require you to program. The user logic is very easy to understand even for people who are not engineers or developers."

"Automation is the most valuable feature of the solution.""It can manage multiple servers and workstations from a single location."

Cons
"The open source version lacks the option to publish.""For the small business, this is very bad because it is still fragmented. The licensing policy should be more flexible and small company oriented. In micro-small companies, there should only be one or two. That's not the problem. Maybe it is too flexible, there are so many pieces that you need to put together. When you have a small business, it can be a little complicated, not so easy.""The solution was very limited.""The solution's interface could be a bit more user-friendly and I would like to see more integrations with other Office products, not just Office 365.""Bizagi could be improved by more automation and machine learning. Now that I'm learning more about data analyzers, I'm realizing that many people have problems with data and how to understand them.""The solution is a bit heavy on resources and has slowed down my computer.""One of the features which could be improved is machine learning. Even though this product has been working on this topic, we can see that it still requires improvement.""The solution needs to make it easier to use RPA products on it. They may need an RPA specific interface. It would be better than having to make an RPA tool to use for viewing. Most of our work is about making RPA tools with the Bizagi, not using Bizagi itself."
