Pros
"It's an ideal gateway solution for small and medium businesses, i.e., around 300 devices can be easily handled.""The solution has good performance."

More Netgate TNSR Pros →

"The solution is very user friendly."

More Aruba Virtual Intranet Access Pros →

"From an end-user perspective, the setup phase is easy.""The most valuable features of Pulse Connect Secure are multi-factor authentications, and VPNs and SSL VPNs we are using.""I like the host checker, which thoroughly checks the security posture of the machine before allowing access. I also like application-based access and its seamless operations.""The most valuable features of the solution are reliability and uptime.""The initial setup is straightforward.""It's quite stable.""The best feature of Pulse Connect Secure is the good security it provides. It gives a secure connection to your network.""It is customer-friendly. It is quite easy for our users to connect. There is also the flexibility of the features."

More Ivanti Connect Secure Pros →

Cons
"There must be a more easy-to-use GUI."

More Netgate TNSR Cons →

"Configurations can be a bit complex."

More Aruba Virtual Intranet Access Cons →

"Zero test FDP (Fraud Protection and Prevention) should be improved.""We want to switch to another solution because there are some challenges with the support from Pulse. The quality of documentation is also not good. It is sometimes very hard to find documentation that provides a solution and describes how all this works.""We need to know how many live active users there are and we can't. We even updated the server, however, we still can't see the proper level of live connections. Right now, it's showing as 300 users and my customer does not have that many users in his organization.""The support team of the product needs improvement. Sometimes we have issues with multiple authentications, but there is no help from the support team.""This solution normally works but at times, we have had trouble with connectivity.""The stability could be better. There are sometimes bugs in the system.""The most valuable features of Pulse Connect Secure are the user-friendly connection and interconnecting.""User experience and after-sales support could be better. For example, over the last couple of years, when this COVID scenario was going on, there were multiple attacks on these types of solutions. SQL has been attacked numerous times, and there were a lot of vulnerabilities, and our customers had to update and upgrade the devices every two weeks or every month. This was a headache. It could also be more scalable."
