Exceptionally stable, cost-effective, and offers a user-friendly interface
Deploying Array AG Series isn't exactly simple as it requires expertise in handling SaaS solutions and involves a thorough study of the customer's network and requirements. Skill set and support assistance are crucial during installation. For a single-box, basic configuration, you might pull it off in about five hours, a day at most. However, achieving stability takes longer, as VPN products need time to settle in an organization. Depending on user complaints and day-to-day issues, it could take a while to get everything running smoothly. In our deployment experience with Array AG Series, five engineers, including myself, were involved in executing over twenty VPN projects across India in the last four to five years. These were substantial projects, taking about a week to stabilize the solution. As for maintenance, it is neither simple nor overly complicated. It requires careful attention because any issues can have a global impact on users over the internet. Maintenance for a single site typically requires the attention of one or two individuals.

The analytics I downloaded from your site as a free download did not carry the information that was actually required. I was looking at the market segmentation and market share, along with some USPs which differentiated them from each other. The free download had two issues: many things were repetitive, and it was designed to not release any relevant information. Only headers were present, so I was not able to determine whether the final report would be worthwhile. I have not worked with enterprise tools that I could share feedback on for website publication. I see benefits from using Cisco Secure Client (including AnyConnect). However, I would not recommend it because future adoptions will be towards Zscaler, as SSC is a better model than VPN. On a scale of 1-10, I rate this solution a 7.

Cons

"The main area for improvement with Array AG Series is its support services."
"I would like to see improvements in regards to the connectivity speed."
"Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client could improve by optimizing the use of the system resources, it is heavy on the resources. Additionally, there could be more transparency."
"Usability could be improved, as the look and feel of it is somewhat dated. More generally, Cisco's security portfolio, including Secure Client and the firewalls, is falling behind."
"With Zero Trust Network, I have reviewed Palo Alto and Cisco, and I must admit that Cisco's products are lacking."
"The solution could offer tighter integration with endpoint protection to make it easier to use when routing security applications from other vendors."
"I would like that it automatically detects when I'm not on the corporate network, it would automatically connect to the VPN."
"The only problem is that if you want to download it somewhere else, you cannot; you cannot download it unless you have a valid Cisco account."
"The configuration from the client-side would be useful. Right now, it's not centralized. There should be a lock so that it can only be configured from one place."

Pricing and Cost Advice
