A secure solution that needs to improve JumpCloud integration
The tool's most valuable feature is security.  We faced issues while integrating 1Password into JumpCloud.  I have been using the product for more than two years.  1Password is stable.  My company has 200 users for the product.  The tool's deployment is easy.  The tool's pricing is not too…

Secret storage and certificate management have been streamlined
I am not on the developer's end. I am primarily the main infrastructure person. I'm not sure what needs improvement. Sometimes, we face issues that the support team is not aware of, necessitating investigation from their end. For example, one of our certificates was not getting deployed, and during that time, the support team was unsure and had to connect with the back-end team for assistance. Improvements can be made in this area, however, it's understandable that not everything can be perfect.

Quotes from Members

We asked business professionals to review the solutions they use. Here are some excerpts of what they said:

Pros

"The most valuable feature of 1Password is the one that automatically generates a password and MFA for me when I try to enter them, instead of going and hardcoding it."
"1Password is very secure for storing all my passwords, keys, and secrets for work."
"The tool's most valuable feature is security."
"The solution's most valuable features are its password management security and cloud firewall."
"1Password helps to generate unique passwords that you do not need to remember."
"It integrates well with Azure services and is easy to use and quick to provision."
"The centralized storage and secure storage are features we like."
"The tool is highly secure and very easy to manage."
"Technical support is helpful."
"The solution can scale up as needed."
"We only use the basic features and those are the ones that have the ability to tie into the app, the secrets, and the passwords and encrypt them."
"The integration management of access to Key Vault is beneficial for me."
"A high level of security."

Cons

"Sometimes it fails to appear automatically, and you have to call it manually."
"The service could be improved incrementally to enhance programmatic access to the vault."
"I would improve the search engine of 1Password to make it clearer or less confusing."
"1Password should check and alert me if my information, such as my password or email address, has been sold on the internet."
"We faced issues while integrating 1Password into JumpCloud."
"If the region where the Azure Key Vault data center is hosted goes down, it would be a cumbersome task since our company will have to come up with a different Azure Key Vault and migrate all the secrets or keys into it."
"The big problem with Azure Key Vault is key rotation. We haven't found a good way to synchronize the credentials between the databases and Key Vault."
"The solution needs to improve its cost."
"Sometimes, we face issues that the support team is not aware of, necessitating investigation from their end."
"They should add a key vault feature for the databases temporarily integrated into hybrid clouds."
"The solution's usage can be a little better from the user interface point of view."
"If you check the capabilities of other key management services across Amazon, HashiCorp, and Google, there are features that Key Vault doesn't have. It could be the case that when you use Key Vault, you might be forced to use a third-party solution to get certain services. If those services could be included in Key Vault, there would be diminished reasons to go for a third-party key management system."
"Sometimes, we face issues that the support team is not aware of, necessitating investigation from their end."

Pricing and Cost Advice

"The tool's pricing is not too cheap or expensive."
"Users have to pay around five euros per year for the solution."
"Currently, the solution's pricing is based on the number of transactions, which is very high in some cases."

"It is a cheap option."
