What is most valuable?
The most valuable feature was the repository. I would say the backup but we need to pay for the new license.

There is room for improvement in the pricing. This is the issue, the reason why we started using Synology.
For how long have I used the solution?
We used Boxafe for five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
I would rate the stability a nine out of ten because electronics are bound to fail. So, there is always room for improvement.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
If you need to scale it, you need to buy another box. There were around five users using this solution.
We don't have plans to increase the usage. We switched to a different solution.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup is straightforward. It took us a day to set up.
What about the implementation team?
We did it in-house. The deployment is straightforward. We just follow the quick install guide.
We required just one person to deploy and maintain the solution.
What was our ROI?
We were able to reach ROI. after the device's end of life; you really cannot use it in the production environment.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It's a subscription-based model. That's why we moved away from it. And it's yearly, moreover, the licensing cost is expensive.
There was an additional cost for the hardware warranty.
What other advice do I have?
Overall, I would rate the solution an eight out of ten. I would not recommend Boxafe. I would recommend using Synology. Because it is better, and that's why we moved to Synology.
