I have reduced a lot of incident failures since using BMC AMI Data, am able to see a significant improvement in CICS transactional response times and overall region health, and have stopped the storage violations, transactional bottlenecks, and task buildups that I faced earlier, with this improvement very visible in my high-volume real-time environments.

I think there is nothing to be improved in BMC AMI Data, but I believe from the customer service point of view, it should be more convenient rather than mailing and waiting for twenty-four hours to get a response.
