What is our primary use case?

It was used from a regulatory compliance perspective with financial services. We wanted to have archived emails.

How has it helped my organization?

The big benefit is sometimes we lose an email and then I know that if it is indeed lost, we can always go back and find it. We realized these results immediately.

What is most valuable?

The number one aspect we like is we know we can rely on the fact that every email is archived.  The search is very simple. We often use the search and it's quite useful.The security aspect and the search feature are the best features.

What needs improvement?

It's great as it is. We are happy with its capabilities.  We'd like there to be an app whereby we could access the solution. 

For how long have I used the solution?

I've been using the solution for 15 years. 

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The stability is good. There are no bugs, no glitches, and it's reliable.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

We have about ten users at this time.  The product is totally scalable. We tend to continue to use it and maybe increase usage. 

How are customer service and support?

Technical support is very good.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

We did not previously use a different solution. 

How was the initial setup?

The deployment was very simple. It was backed into the Global Relay host exchange. We're using it through a company called Global Relay and it's on their server. The deployment is instantaneous. It's across all the emails under the domain. You only need one person to implement it.  The product does not require any maintenance. 

What was our ROI?

I don't know if we've seen a return on investment, however, it's a cost that's necessary.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

It's reasonably priced and fairly reasonable. There are no other fees beyond the standard licensing fee. It's pretty standard and out of the box. 

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We did not previously evaluate other options. It was a long time ago. I can't remember looking at anything else. 

What other advice do I have?

I'm not sure which version of the solution we're using.  I'd rate the solution ten out of ten.  I would recommend the solution to others.
