They are our payroll outsource provider, because we had to have an outsource provider to facilitate the processing for us.
We use it regionally in most countries, except for Ghana and Cambodia.
They are very strong in terms of having a central regional system. A regional person can see and monitor the calendar for each different country. They can know what stage they are in, or if the process been finalized and approved. They can also see if the process has gone back to the bank. This can all be monitored regionally.
Regionally, we are able to view, monitor, and control each country's payroll. Since in different countries, we have different ADP local vendors to ensure legality and compliance in the country.
We have a product now called Global Call Connect (GCC). This connects directly into Workday. Before they did not have direct integration to Workday. I hope to see soon that every country will have this product connect to Workday.
There are countries that we are still not in, such as Cambodia. This means they are out of our regional eyes and GCC is not implemented there yet.
Also, they could improve the service relationship manager (SRM), because they have an SRM which is not familiar with Simple.
One to three years.
It is stable. We have been running payroll since 2016, and we have not lost any data so far.
The scalability needs some improvement. We have additional entities and additional things that we require. All these require charges, which means that we need to pay for them. I would like that there would be a way for us to test all the additions without having to pay for everything.
ADP Streamline is for medium-sized companies, not small nor large companies.
We previously used Corpay. We did not continue because they didn't have the central region solution to monitor all calendars. They were cheaper, but they do not have as much experience as ADP. Also, while Corpay was pretty good during the time that we used them, they charged for each new hire and each person who resigned. As a growing company, this makes for a very high cost.
In some countries, we had local products, which were not being regionally monitored. So, we wanted to have a centralized payroll solution, which required us to search for one that could handle a centralized payroll solution. This is how we found ADP.
We needed to have visibility into all the countries' payroll, because we were growing very fast (still are). We had more entities coming in, and it would have been unmanageable if we did not have control regionally.
The amount we pay is not low, and it is not high. It is average.
The product is not quite up to our expectations. It is better when you can see every country that you have regionally in the vendor system.
Most important criteria when selecting a vendor:
- Stability
- Support: It is crucial to support 24/7.
- Good SLAs, as payroll is a very crucial in a company, or else your employees won't get paid.
