What is most valuable?
The most valuable features of the solution are how the product works against phishing and provides centralization, allowing users to recognize phishing emails.
What needs improvement?
It is difficult for me to talk about areas that require improvement in the solution since I am quite new to the product, but I know that Vade provides an MSP solution. Vade Cloud Email Security doesn't provide sandboxing functionality. The lack of sandboxing functionality cannot be considered a weakness since there are other solutions to deal with faster when it comes to sandboxing. Overall it is a good solution with which we work in our company, so I don't see any clear weaknesses in the solution. It can take a long time for customers to study and operate straight away in a sandbox environment. The solution is okay if it makes the job faster for its users.
I don't see ISO 27001 in Vade Cloud Email Security. While functioning on the solution, sometimes a customer needs to have a conformity level of SOC 1 or SOC 2 or some other conformity level. I did not see the aforementioned conformity levels added to Vade Cloud Email Security. Concerning a bank, data can be confidential, and when a bank needs to exchange or transfer such data, it has to be specific to a certain level of conformity, which I did not see in the tool.

I have been using Vade Cloud Email Security for two years. I usually recommend the product to my company's customers.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
It is a stable solution.

It is a scalable solution.
Though I don't get any feedback on the product's scalability, I assume that big companies can work with the solution in their IT environment.
How was the initial setup?
The initial setup of Vade Cloud Email Security is easy.
The solution can be deployed in two to three days.
One person is required to handle the product's deployment phase.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
It is a competitively-priced solution in the market.
My company needs to pay three euros per month for a single user, but since our company receives a discount from Vade Cloud Email Security, we get it for two euros and twenty euro cents.
There are no additional payments for maintenance or support.
Which other solutions did I evaluate?
I had heard of solutions named Retarus and Proofpoint, but we haven't worked on them in our company to date.
Proofpoint is an expensive solution, while Retarus provides a messaging platform that does not add value to the product. The firewall offered by Sophos is positioned differently in the market and offers different ideas on working with technology, because of which our company is confident in working with Vade Cloud Email Security.
What other advice do I have?
The solution offers anti-spam, anti-malware and anti-phishing, graymail notification, and threat intelligence features while allowing its users to deal with spam and graymail. It is also a GDPR-compliant tool.
I rate the overall product an eight out of ten.
