The platform is actively maintained, and new improvements, integrations, and AI-related capabilities are introduced regularly, helping my team keep the product modern and competitive. Some challenges do arise, such as occasional UI changes or workflow adjustments that require teams to adapt their processes or retrain users slightly, and updates to integrations or APIs may need additional testing to ensure compatibility with existing systems and CI/CD pipelines.
How was the initial setup?
