As a customer, I use Odoo for various purposes in my company, ranging from accounting to sales. I use it as accounting software, CRM, and sales software. I also host my website on it and manage product and service offerings, primarily selling services. 

I utilize the social media applications and note mailing address feature for marketing purposes and maintain records through a Wiki-like feature. For document management, I employ the scanning and automatic OCR task functions. 

Overall, I use almost all the functionalities except for the warehouse feature because I don't handle tangible products. As an integrator, I assist clients with warehouse solutions, implementing tools to monitor stock and other modules among the sixty available in Odoo.

All modules in Odoo are integrated together, providing seamless transitions across various functionalities. This integration allows me to create a product once, making it available across accounting, marketing, and websites. This interconnectedness is the most beneficial aspect. 

I find the accounting feature very mature, with localization for several countries, including Cyprus. The CRM and sales tools are highly effective, with customizable proposal templates aiding client interactions. I spend most of my time using the accounting and sales features.

I was responsible for operations, and we used Odoo for the logistics department and ordering processes.

We currently lack an ERP system and a customized solution for our company. Our primary requirement is to implement HRMX within the company. As we operate in the services industry, we need customized development to align with our business needs. To address this, we have adopted the corresponding module, and the customization process will be handled by external vendors.

We currently lack a centralized data environment and in response, we have implemented a system within the company. Previously, all leave applications were paper-based, and paperwork has been significantly reduced. Additionally, service slips used to be dispatched on paper to employees in envelopes. Now, all of these processes have been eliminated, allowing individuals to log into the system, download, and view their service slips. As a result, there has been a notable reduction in manual paperwork for most employees.

I use Odoo for manufacturing, inventory, accounting, and CRM purposes.

The flexibility and pricing of Odoo make it valuable. It's inexpensive, can be hosted on a variety of platforms, and has a wide range of use cases. Overall, I find Odoo to be a fantastic product.

The nice thing about Odoo is because it's an open-source tool, you can create, it's very sensible. The user community is very extensive all over the world, and they create a variety of modules and add-ons and plugins and everything. So it's continually improving. Some of the issues that have had problems in the past have been improved.

We have implemented Odoo for various sectors, including logistics, finance, and service companies. The feedback has been positive due to Odoo's capability and cost-effectiveness. 

Additionally, it is flexible in customization and allows for changes without the high cost associated with other platforms.

Odoo provides a flexible system that has grown with our clients over the years, accommodating continuously changing requirements. This flexibility reduces costs compared to other legacy systems, making it a reliable and affordable option.

The tool offers a range of modules, initially starting as open source and later becoming official. These modules cover various aspects, such as accounting and CRM. Overall, Odoo can be considered an open-source ERP with CRM functionality.

The versatility of Odoo is one of its most valuable features for business productivity. It offers modules for purchase, inventory, manufacturing, sales, help desk, timesheets, point of sale, email marketing, and more, which can greatly benefit businesses.

Its price point is often attractive to companies, especially compared to other software applications like SAP. Smaller organizations, in particular, may find Odoo appealing. 

It offers APIs that enable integration with external systems. Additionally, internally, Odoo is well-integrated, allowing for the transfer of information between different modules.

The company's value in using Odoo lies in its wide range of modules covering areas such as CRM, accounting, inventory, HR, point of sale, and marketing sales. Additionally, the user licenses are relatively inexpensive compared to other ERP solutions.

We have customized it. Our developer team customized it to cater to our use cases. I use Salesforce in the user portal. So, I primarily use Odoo for its CRM capabilities.

We use it for lead generation and customer/user creation, basically as a basic CRM alongside our in-house product.

We use the HR module and the general module for document upload.

Establishing the implementation relationship poses no challenges for us. We possess independent implementation capability, customizing the platform to meet client requirements. Our role involves both consultation and customization. Additionally, for private hosting, we offer cloud hosting support.

What I appreciate most about this solution is its ease of customization compared to other products. Odoo is straightforward and simpler to customize. Additionally, it offers stability by decentralizing the entire ERP with multiple products, making management and support more efficient. Moreover, the availability of talent in India is a key advantage, as the salaries for Odoo professionals are relatively lower than SAP or Oracle ERP professionals. This makes it easier for us to find suitable talent for projects seamlessly.
