What is our primary use case?
Fastpath Assure's main use case for our organization is that we did not have any access rights report from Microsoft, which is why we decided to go with Fastpath Assure, as it provides us with the exact access rights details of different users and helps minimize our license cost.
I can give you a specific example of how we use Fastpath Assure to manage access rights. We have extracted the access rights of all users, and based on the criticality of the risks identified by the report, we have noted that several users had critical access, and we are working on these issues thanks to Fastpath Assure's reports.
I use Fastpath Assure on a regular basis as it enables me, as the Internal Audit Manager of the group of companies, to identify where the loopholes are in terms of access rights, which significantly helps in my reviews.
In terms of the methods we use to define and enforce segregation of duties within Fastpath Assure, we rely on the definitions provided by Fastpath Assure, as they are quite good and help us a lot, but we are still working on the enforcement due to issues with how access rights were granted.
I think Fastpath Assure can help us with compliance reporting for regulations like SOX, GDPR, or HIPAA, but as of today, we have not yet utilized Fastpath Assure for these reports.
Currently, Fastpath Assure is used by the internal audit and technical experts of the system, but we have not fully integrated it into our approach for managing user access; there is room for improvement.
We have not yet reached the level of processes for provisioning and de-provisioning user access within Fastpath Assure as we are still assessing the access rights granted in the system.
We are using the D365 and F&O modules from Fastpath Assure, specifically SOD and licensing, as these modules meet our needs.
What is most valuable?
The best feature of Fastpath Assure is the dashboard, which allows you to click and see all details immediately, showing where the loopholes are.
The aspect of the dashboard I find most helpful is its visualization; it is a very nice dashboard compared to the previous version.
Fastpath Assure has positively impacted our organization by enabling us to identify loopholes in excessive access rights granted to different users, and we are also working on minimizing our license costs.
As for the outcomes, we have received proper feedback from users thanks to Fastpath Assure. Users were not using the system as they should have, but now we can pinpoint where the loopholes are, and hopefully, by the end of this year or next year, we will work on improving those areas in terms of segregation of duties.
What needs improvement?
I would not say there are no areas for improvement, but I am quite satisfied with Fastpath Assure in terms of service and rapidity. However, we do have a connectivity issue in Mauritius, and quicker responses to raised issues would be an improvement.
I am satisfied and do not see any other improvements needed for Fastpath Assure.

Our company, actually a group of companies, has been using Fastpath Assure for four to five years.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Fastpath Assure is very stable.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
As for scalability, we have not faced issues, although the only challenge was deploying the upgrade package, which we hope to resolve soon.
How are customer service and support?
Regarding customer support, I would rate it nine out of ten because they are prompt and accurate with their responses.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We previously used a different solution, which was a report generated by our technical IT team, but those reports were not adequate, so we switched to Fastpath Assure for better system-generated reports.
What was our ROI?
In terms of return on investment, we have not yet used Fastpath Assure to its full potential, but we hope to achieve this by the end of this financial year.
What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?
My experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing has been that it is quite expensive, but with Fastpath Assure, we have identified areas where we are paying more for licensing.

Before choosing Fastpath Assure, we did not evaluate other options as we decided to go with Fastpath Assure.
What other advice do I have?
On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Fastpath Assure eight.
I choose eight out of ten because, in terms of service provided and the tools we have, they are very precise.
Regarding Fastpath Assure's AI capabilities for governance and security, I have not tried this yet.
