What needs improvement?
Although there is not much to dislike about Cutover over the years, I honestly see that it has proven to be a superior product, but the self-service integration capabilities have not always been as turnkey as expected.
Currently, there are limitations around managing multiple self-hosted data source integrations. Administrative capabilities such as user impersonation and emulating user actions would significantly improve troubleshooting, support, and user experience management for the platform administrators.
For non-technical users, the learning curve can be a bit steep, but thanks to customer support, they are able to guide them and walk them through.
