We use it for backup storage only. In the future, my company may go for the testing on Cloud because it has a large infrastructure.

In terms of improvement, the performance of the solution should be made better because it is slow these days.

We've been using this solution for a year and a half.

The solution is stable. So far, we’ve not faced any technical issues or had any need to contact the technical support team.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
CloudM is scalable.
How are customer service and technical support?
I have not had any technical issues to date. Hopefully, I get excellent customer service from them when I contact the team for support.

We have always used CloudM.

The initial setup was "okay".

I implemented it in-house. My team is the best.

I don’t have the details of the cost because our commercial team handles it. They’ll be in a better position to answer this question.
