What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Introw.io is as a partner relationship manager.
As a partner relationship manager, we use Introw.io to submit deals and to perform deal management or to allow our partners to perform deal management of shared deals.
We also use Introw.io to provide our partners with materials, dashboards, and track their goals.
What is most valuable?
The best feature of Introw.io is the connection with HubSpot, which makes it very easy for a partner to submit a deal for it to appear in our CRM and for it to provide seamless, almost real-time deal management.
The CRM connection helps our team by allowing the partners to perform their own deal management in Introw.io and for Introw.io to reflect this in our own CRM, making deal management for our partners frictionless. It allows them to have higher autonomy, but it also allows them to see all the different rules and conditions that we have in our own internal CRM processes without having to sync directly with a person at all times in order to report deal management.
Introw.io has positively impacted our organization because our previous partnership relationship manager was not useful in allowing our partners to sync and see in real time all the deal information. Introw.io has provided a safe alternative to ensure that they can still see an overlap on our CRM, their deals on top of our CRM without seeing any other deals created by different partners or by our direct sales team. This means that partners feel safer that their deals are protected and only being managed by them. At the same time, by using Introw.io, we ensure that our partners are fully autonomous and that they can submit deals without having any overlaps with any other open opportunities or current customers of the company.
Since switching to Introw.io, we have seen a high degree of adoption of the partnership relationship manager across all our partners, with approximately over eighty percent of our partners or more using the platform every day to sync their opportunities with us. Additionally, it has improved accuracy by allowing the partners to be autonomous and use the correct deal stages, pipelines, and properties as we utilize in our internal CRM.
What needs improvement?
Introw.io can be improved as it currently does not sync directly with the CRM of a different one of our partners, meaning that our partners have to manually update in Introw.io and not directly from their own CRM. However, the team has mentioned that they are working actively on it, and we believe this issue may be solved anytime soon.
For how long have I used the solution?
I have been using Introw.io in the department for under one year.
What do I think about the stability of the solution?
Introw.io is stable and has been reliable for us and our partners, with no downtime from the platform itself.
What do I think about the scalability of the solution?
Introw.io handles growth easily, as the experiences are configured as templates depending on the typology of partner or market of the partner, meaning that setting up a new partner is very straightforward and takes under five minutes.
How are customer service and support?
We have had good experiences with the customer support from Introw.io. We have a direct communication channel with them, and they reply within one day to all our bug reports.
Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?
We used Magnabyte before Introw.io, but Magnabyte provided us very little flexibility and posed risks in sharing information or deals that were not directly related to the partner. Its UX/UI was not friendly for our partners, so we decided to switch to Introw.io to make it easier.
How was the initial setup?
Overall, we are happy with the current features of Introw.io, and they have developed quite quickly to ensure that we have all the required information available to our partners.

I was not the person responsible for pricing, setup cost, and licensing.

We did not purchase Introw.io through the
AWS Marketplace. We purchased directly through their website.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to others looking into using Introw.io is that so long as the CRM information is accurate, clean, and correct, then Introw.io should work fine, as it works basically on top of the CRM, meaning that if the CRM has issues, then the deployment of Introw.io will be more complicated.
