We have successfully migrated all workloads from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. The current focus is on optimizing cost, security, and compliance across our cloud environment. We are leveraging Microsoft Defender for Cloud and Microsoft Purview for governance and compliance management. Additionally, we are implementing HIPAA and ISMS compliance frameworks using Microsoft Sentinel and Azure Monitor for advanced security monitoring and incident response.
The project also includes identifying cost optimization opportunities through Azure Advisor and implementing security best practices to strengthen posture. Furthermore, we are planning an upgrade from Windows Server 2022 to Windows Server 2025 to ensure compatibility, performance improvements, and enhanced security features.
I would allocate more time for compliance testing and automate cost optimization earlier in the process to reduce manual effort
