In an e-commerce site, consumers comment on the products of the companies that are the seller of the site. These comments were validated manually. With VooDoo RPA, we designed a process by giving meaning to the comments with the rule-based irregular expression method. As a result of this design, we started to separate the positive and negative comments and have the positive comments approved by the robots.
