My current project is IP Technology Labs LLC. the designer, manufacturer, and worldwide marketer of the FastLane™ plug-and-play secure VPN and LAN Virtualization appliances which provides LAN-to-LAN secure bridging connectivity over any IP network. Although we are high on security we are actually an enabling infrastructure connectivity component.

I am a datacom/telelcom product guy who also knows how to run a business and not kill a deal. I absolutely enjoy learning and applying my techniques. As a hunter (rather than a farmer), I love creating the vision, strategy, and tactics; putting my mark on the product and development cycle; and then evangelizing the creation. I love the deal, the chase, and the machine. My best work is out of the office --- or at least not at my desk. I know what Gross Margin is, why it is important, and how it connects to top line revenue and bottom line net profit.

I love anything that is Ethernet/IP and an XLS Income Statement. I tend to be layer 1-4 focused (e.g. networking) and am very good at absorbing technical details and turning them around to usable technology for my customers. I love processing the applications and market requirements (B2B) and connecting that to the business aspects to monetize the whole kit. --- I love to know how things work and then to generate net profit from it. I also have a unique ability to tear apart a competitive solution and get down to "what is real."

I've done it from business development to BK entry and exit, to due-diligence and M&A as well venture capital engagements. Most of my work and friends are international (MEA, Asia, Central Europe) and domestic US is growing quickly due to our focus.
