Not only does it allow you to use it anywhere, you can "appear to be calling from anywhere." Great for companies trying to establish global presence without actual real estate. Local DIDs can also help with marketing campaign tracking.

Update to my original review. For some reason hot desking disappeared in v15 but returned in v15.5 sp2. Now the hotdesking is native and in my opinion easier to setup.

Add virtualization to this with a fail over system setup and this is a rock solid system. Not 5 9's as I hear people tout but reliable enough that it shouldn't matter.

Version 15 works great on Linux too. I have been pushing for years for them to use NGINX and finally, it is here. The performance is much faster and the CPU utilisation is low.
