Happy DB project: Establishing recommendations for system and database settings for an MRP/ERP application at various sizes for AT&T. The different size runs represented differing plant sizes. All the mainframes performed well. The happy condition was the ease, speed, and dependability with which we could setup and run the database and application on a clean machine. Without failure we could focus on the application tests. The Progress Database ran flawlessly and swiftly, allowing us to complete all our tests within the time limits of the manufacturers labs.
