I am Information Security Manager at Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) with strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and security operations. He plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s security posture by managing critical security initiatives and implementing industry best practices.

He is responsible for Security Operations Center (SOC) governance, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), and Application Security Testing to ensure proactive identification and mitigation of security risks. Nishant also oversees the Web Application Firewall (WAF) environment (Radware) and works closely with infrastructure and application teams to secure enterprise systems and digital assets.

In addition to operational security, Nishant is actively involved in security policy development, compliance initiatives such as ISO/IEC 27001, and implementation of security frameworks across the organization. He also contributes to major IT transformation projects, including cloud migrations and strengthening monitoring and logging capabilities.
