
Michael Reynolds is a Business Technology Executive who leads KeyBank’s Intelligent Automation organization, with responsibility for Robotic Process Automation platforms, enterprise low-code adoption, Intelligent Document Processing, and the delivery of GenAI solutions, including agent-based solutions. His teams operate under Agile principles and have delivered more than 600 automated business processes since 2019. Today, KeyBank’s digital workforce executes the equivalent of 500 employees’ worth of work and continues to expand by approximately 10 new business processes each month.
Mike is passionate about engaging and inspiring teams to deliver innovative technology solutions with a focus on hyperautomation and artificial intelligence. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and a two-time recipient of the KeyBank Chairman’s Award, as well as the 2022 recipient of the KeyBank Mike Cozzens Inspiration Award.
Previously at KeyBank, Mike served as Domain Manager for Real Estate Capital & Syndications, where he was responsible for technology solutions supporting the origination and servicing of commercial real estate loans valued in excess of $250 billion. The portfolio spanned multiple capital sources, including on-balance-sheet lending, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, LIHTC, private label, and government lending. Earlier in his career at KeyBank, he held leadership roles supporting Key Equipment Finance, Enterprise Risk, and Real Estate Capital as a technical guide and resource manager.
Mike’s current platform responsibilities include Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning, ABBYY, Automation Anywhere, OutSystems, Celonis, and BrainTrust. His broader technical background includes experience at Hallmark, Sprint, Intel, AT&T, Step1 Technical Training Group, and GoldBank.
A lifelong learner, Mike holds multiple degrees across diverse disciplines, including applied statistics, education, and Spanish literature, and continues to pursue coursework today. His current area of study is horticulture.
