I am Mahmoud NourElDin, graduated from faculty of computers and information systems, joined ITI 9-months diploma- Professional Developer track, worked as PHP and DotNet developer for two years, worked ITSM Engineer at KSA for Fingerprint Consultancy for two years, worked ITSM Senior Engineer for Raya Integration for two years, and now working for _VOIS (VIS) as Digital ITSM consultant for three years.

Certified ITIL4 Foundation, SAFe Scrum Master, Snow Software administration, and HADOOP developer(Big Data).

I took the High Velocity IT (ITIL next level) course, PMP, and am aware of GDPR.
