Migrating from COBIT 4.1 (maturity) to COBIT5 (capacity)

Jairo Willian Pereira - PeerSpot reviewer

Project Description

Team worked migrating and consolidating COBIT5 into a single overarching framework, providing one consistent and integrated source of guidance/PAs for the ITB (integrated IT Board and using old printed information/mapping generated by Modulo Risk Manager).
Staff responsible for the self-assessment, final report, RACIB definition, as-is/to-be plans supporting other IT and business cells.
2016-2017 - Good results have been achieved in areas where the framework has been operating/working. Model in constant use and improvement.
