• Knowledge and experience with the following applications: CA Service Desk, VMWARE vCenter, VMWARE ESX, Solarwinds, and VMWARE Workstation,
Symantec Backup Exec, Untangle, Solarwinds Application Suite, Tintri SAN storage.
• 6+ years of experience with the installation, troubleshooting, and support Microsoft Active Directory.
• Experience in the installation and support Dell desktops, Dell laptops, Dell PowerEdge Servers, and HP Proliant Servers.
• Experience with Apple MacBook Air, MacBook Pro and OSX 10.6-10.9.
• 7+ years working with the following Windows OS: XP, Vista, 7, Server 2003, Server 2008, and Server 2012.
• Experience supporting IOS devices and Android devices in an Exchange environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook client configurations in an Exchange environment.
