I currently work within the Home Office Digital, Data and Technology department, specifically with the Police National Computer and it's associated applications. I look after the performance and capacity planning of these applications and use a number of tools to do this including BMC Patrol (proactivenet). I have performed installations and upgrades to BMC tool sets and carry out the deployment and configuration of all agents and provide technical and end user training on the use of the toolset.
