During my professional career, I have been specialized in service delivery, product implementation, products middle tier integration layer implementation, and business processes analysis for various lines of business namely: Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECM) and Financial Service Applications.

Currently, I am working as Director of Enterprise Applications and Integrated Solutions Department at Bibliotheca Alexandrina with main focus on Oracle Applications (eBS), Documentum Content Management System (CMS). I build deep experience in Oracle Applications Administration and Oracle Apps DBA. Specialized in maintaining, patching, migration, upgrading, cloning Oracle Applications 11i/R12 and maintaining and upgrading Oracle Apps DB.
