I am passionate about getting things done and done the right way.I embrace challenges, learning, adopting new technologies and re-factoring legacy processes. Life does begin at the end of your comfort zone.
I have grown from solo project success - to now motivating and leading teams of developers\consultants\vendors and guiding them to the successful completion of projects.
I know when things get tough that I have no problem rolling up my sleeves to help out the team including Project Management, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and documenting.
Either leading the team or being part of a team, I always work towards delivering the right solution to meet the business needs in a timely and affordable method.
