I'm really enhancing my previous VMware skills by tackling various interesting virtual infrastructure projects, ie; coordinating VMware vCenter moves from an embedded express SQL database to a full SQL database, which also provided an opportunity to step out of my comfort zone to learn and develop basis SQL skills. I'm currently involved in: building out, testing & documenting the growing spoke and hub SRM deployment (it’s intense); a course performing daily VMware & Windows admins tasks while managing multiple virtual centers around the country with over 2000 vm's on a great VMware team. Continually developing my knowledge base on tools like VMTurbo Operations Manager, VMware SRM, vRealize Log Insight, vSphere web & windows client. I’m looking forward to expanding my current skillset on hardware platforms like IBM blades and Cisco UCS and learning new ones on HP and Dell. I'm developing a better ITSM knowledge base in a corporate environment. Windstream is proving to be an area of growth in skills.
