Creativity and innovation are two elements that have influenced my career and approach to work. I always take the initiative to ask questions, and analyze information closely. I'm also always the first to take action, especially within a fast-paced environment. My ability to work in both qualitative and quantitative environments led me to complete a master's degree in intellectual property's effects on digital platforms at King's College London, and concentrations in economics and music at the University of Chicago. I currently work at Isobar where I utilize all available front-end technologies to support the development, implementation and analysis of marketing-driven testing campaigns using tools like Optimizely and Adobe Target.
Previously, I worked at Complex Media, a media platform for youth culture that reaches over 300 million unique users per month where I led conversion rate optimization. I also worked at SinoVision English Channel (Sinovision, Inc.) which is one of the largest and most influential Chinese media outlets in North America. I've also worked for over 7 years as a web manager for a number of major companies and clients while specializing in content marketing, SEO, social media, and growth hacking.
