Present work:-
1). I am 'Senior Consultant'​ @ GSS Pvt. ltd
and working with Client in Banking sector, I am responsible for 'CA Technologies'​ tools like 'CA WILY'​,'CA Cloud Monitor/Watch Mouse'​,'CA Nimsoft'​, Pingdom, Zabbix.
2). I am supporting and managing different kind of clients in Singapore.

I am having '6.9 Year'​ of challenging experience in Tools,service delivery,support.

Experience Description:-
1).In, 'GSS'​, I am dealing with best client which belongs to Banking Sector in Singapore.
2). In 'IBM'​, I worked for 'Bharti Airtel'​ as a client.I worked at client location and was leading a team of 8 peoples from 'June 2012 to March 2015'​ as well supporting different kind of tools and different kind of applications.
3). In 'Capgemini'​, I worked for 'Coca-Cola'​ as client.I was supporting different kind of tools and application and I got selected for client location at Argentina from 'July 2010 to May 2012'​.
4). In 'Axis'​, I worked for 'Telco Construction Equipment Company - Tata group'​ as client and I worked at client location from 'Jan 2010 to June 2010'​. I developed different kind of application.

2). IBM Mainframe Training Certificates.
3). IBM DB2 Fundamental.

1). CA WILY-APM & CEM, CA - Cloud Monitor/Watch Mouse,Compuware's Dynatrace, Pingdom, CA Nimsoft and IBM - ITCAM.
2). I did installation of CA Wily Server,EM Installation.
3). I did installation for Linux Systems & Windows systems for .NET agents,JAVA agents,.
4). Recorded sessions for the different critical websites.
5). I have administration knowledge of CA WILY, CA NIMSOFT, Zabbix and CA Monitor/Watch Mouse for monitoring Servers,Application & Network.
