► Directed the architecture, engineering and delivery of a multi-tenant, SaaS, business intelligence solution - Kronos Workforce Hiring Analytics. This solution provides customers insight in to hundreds of millions of applications; over 19 TB of actionable information.
► Created and productized an installable Data Warehouse and Analytics solution on top of Kronos' Workforce Timekeeper. Kronos acquired the company for the solution and rebranded the product Kronos Workforce Analytics and colloquially as Labor Analytics.
► Designed and built an internal CRM tool supporting 3 call centers for Nextel Communications. This led to one of the most successful customer churn reduction campaigns in the cell phone industry.
► Architected and implemented an automated sales order and cell phone activation system for Nextel's Pacific Northwest region.
