I have been effectively translating business requirements to engineering features. I conduct planned and ad-hoc interactions with the stakeholders to take the pulse of the business and plan the roadmap ahead of time. I have been thoroughly recognised for stakeholder management and customer support, for getting the customer cases resolved within the SLAs.
I tend to go beyond my role and create a relationship with the customer which has always helped me getting a shorter turnaround time for requirement clarifications and escalations. Beyond my work, I recently mentored a team of fresh college hires for developing a dollar saving prototype which received accolades across the board and will get productised soon.
I am an active part of several employee engagement initiatives within and outside my business unit. This has enabled me network with brilliant humans across product lines which helps me expand my horizon and thought process. I never say 'No' to a new thing until it adds business value. I have tried my hands on stuff ranging from driving communications for events to sponsor management, from creating video newsletters to being a panelist at new employee orientation programmes.
