As a Service Manager I am responsible for the quality, availability and stability of an online solution. I have spent years as a developer at eFocus and have gathered a lot of knowledge about the technology and software of online applications. With this knowledge I am happy to advise on the needs of the client.
With this knowledge and the personal interest for online I can communicate well with engineers, marketers and managers. I can understand the needs of the client properly and translate them into requirements for the team.
In my leisure I like to play football, I am a team player and I get energy in developing solutions that exceed the expectations of the client.
