I am an information technology professional with experience in a diverse range of disciplines including software development/testing, delivery, resource management, process improvement.
Currently managing an autonomous product test team supporting Citi's global Customer data
management application.

Core roles/responsibilities-

-Analyze requirements & develop a web based application in Java/J2EE.
-Implement testing concepts such as test case reuse, automation, and quality assurance in the project life-cycle, leading to improvement in production quality and reduced cost.
-Automate test execution process.
-Design automation framework; implement it using QTP(Functional tester)/ITKO LISA & present it to the management.
-Quality Centre administration
-Enhance testing capabilities by defining process & using metrics-oriented process improvement approach.
-Discuss & document process control manual for different SDLC phases.
-Manage team domestically and internationally (Worked in different geographies-India, New York, Singapore) & deal with people across the globe.
