Kevin has more than 20 years experience modeling and developing systems and more specifically developing information interoperability/enterprise architecture frameworks. He has developed various techniques for validating business models and semantic information sets. He has developed transformation strategies and frameworks which address strategic, management or technical levels of the organization.
Kevin has represented both Canada and the United Kingdom at Multilateral Interoperability Programme (MIP) working groups for the purpose of defining the Joint Command & Control Information Exchange Data Model (JC3IEDM) and its associated replication mechanism. He has provided expert knowledge to DND in the area of Military Intelligence ontology (business vocabulary) development,
Contributed to UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology (UMM) Working Groups on the alignment of business modeling specifications and repository standards.
