He is the owner of PROJELER, business process management training and consulting company specialized in BPM, CBPP Certification preparation courses and Business Process Management Office (BPM CoE) implementation.
He is vice-president and co-founder of the Brazilian chapter of ABPMP.org - Association of Business Process Management Professionals.
He holds degree on Business Administration (MBA) PUCRS, Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by PMI and Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP ® Blue Seal) certified by ABPMP International
