I am currently a member of the HR Information Systems Applications Team at Northern Trust Corporation. Our team supports and consults on various PeopleSoft HCM applications including HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Position Management, Performance Management, Training, Time and Labor, Employee and Management Self Service. I work as a technical lead on a variety of projects.

My technical background includes day-to-day production support, designing and coding customized applications using components of PeopleTools, writing technical design documents, creating unit and system test plans, systems upgrades, customizations, implementing vendor interfaces and integration technologies. In addition to my technical background, I also have experience gathering requirements from business users, fit gap analysis, creating test scripts, setting up configuration tables and researching and recommending delivered functionality. As a lead, I am involved with project planning, managing the work of other developers to ensure that projects are implemented on time and within the budget. My current project is a 9.2 Talent Acquisition Management implementation with integration to Taleo.

Outside of work, I volunteer my time doing mock interviews, coaching and mentoring DePaul alumni and students from various backgrounds. I enjoy sharing my experiences in hopes that others can learn from successes and lessons learned throughout my career.
