Self motivated and creative. I am a firm believer in setting objectives and milestones for both short and long term goals, both personally and professionally. I also believe that documentation of what you do is critical to any successful professional objectives.
I started my career as a Windows Administrator but eventually moved towards virtual and cloud computing, which has become not only a career path but a personal passion. My emphasis in VMware, on both an architectural and Operational level. I have also recently begun managing SAN and NFS environments and am currently designing and developing architecture for a VDI solution. In addition, I am steering a large focus towards converged and hyper converged solutions for long term IT strategy and road-mapping.
