Experienced Project Analyst on an ERP implementation including schedule and budget tracking, task and issue management, process optimization, systems analysis, and user instruction. This led to a support role of JD Edwards Enterprise One. Knowledgeable Quickbase user including app development / maintenance, and account management. Very experienced in Microsoft Windows OS (XP, 7, Server 2008, Server 2012) and Active Directory administration, including a support role in an environment with 500+ users. Some administration experience in OSX and Linux (Ubuntu server). Strong communication skills in both support and project management roles.
